Velocity Health and Fitness Club is located right in the central business area of Bega NSW and was established in 2008 by Personal Trainer and Nutrition coach Aine Farrell. Velocity is a large facility boasting over 600 square meters of floor space incorporating a large group exercise studio, cardio room and resistance training area with a large array of equipment and suspension training apparatus. We pride ourselves on great customer service, outstanding results and an awesome atmosphere.
