absolutely rubbish!!!!!!!! was guaranteed a certain amount of tax back & was told if i receive anything less than the amount i was told, to give them a call back and they will fix the problem. not only did i receive LESS then half of what i was guaranteed, i tried calling to sort it out and the lady at the front desk was rude and told me she cant help, i received my tax back in 5 different cheques? it didnt even go into my account it was spread across a few different cheques which seemed a little dodgy to me to begin with, since then i have had non stop rude phone calls from the lady at the front desk demanding i owe them money, i was told the fee i owe them would come out of my tax? apparently it didnt and now im being called every few days chased up about money i owe them which i believe is absolute B*******. never ever go to this company, extremely manipulative & miss leading.
