Very happy with the service we got at Valent Lau Photography. He takes time to understand us as a family and then captures us in the most natural way. The prints are amazing every day we look at them. Highly recommended!

It took some effort getting to the studio after the birth as we had some complications and had to go back to the hospital a few days after initially coming home with our daughter. My wife almost didn't want to be in the photos because she was so tired. But we are so happy we made it in for the photoshoot! When we look at our artwork on the walls, we remember how our daughter was at that age, and the amazing moments Valent was able to capture which we will cherish forever. I definitely recommend making that effort going in the first week after birth. It was so worth it!

I attended Valent Lau Photography for both maternity and newborn shoots. The environment was relaxed, I had a lot of input into the type of photos I wanted and I received beautiful well edited images with a quick turnaround. The images are high quality and are a great reminder of these special times in our lives. Very happy!

Company description

Great people photography shows so much more of a person than their likeness. It captures the character, personality and natural beauty of the person within. It is capturing the emotion and feelings that come from individual character, relationships and life’s special moments that is our greatest strength.

To capture the best in people takes a special form of empathy. It takes a true understanding of what makes you, your relationships and the important times in life special and meaningful to you. This secret ingredient is how we help unlock all the good things about you that shine through in the images we create. The process not only strengthens the depth of emotion in the image, it also allows you to escape into the moment so the camera seems to disappear. It’s an experience that suits even the most camera shy.
The result is photographs and works of art that you’ll be proud of and cherish forever. Natural photographs that can decorate your home, make wonderful gifts, or make your business profile impact and connect with the people that matter to you.

We use state of the art professional equipment, from capture to print. We have a fully equipped studio and the ability to shoot at your preferred location. You can book us with confidence because we are accredited by the Australian Institute of Professional Photography. And we wrap all of this up with a start-to-finish standard of customer service that makes your experience a complete pleasure.

Whether it’s you, your relationships, your family or your business presence, let us create photos you’ll love.
