I stayed at university place for two semisters; the dwelling is more than adequate for my budget needs; very clean & quite. The manager was extremely helpful and accomodating. I got all my bond back. I'm planning to go back to univesity place and will difinitly recommend to my friends.

I agree. Heard that students get a rotten deal here. Some phone health dept to fix things. Should get better if fixed up u hope some units no quality in fit out. Better quality elsewhere I think

Hi Vander, it is no wonder u did not get a response the student accommodation here is terrible. A friend arrived and before going inside the units said he wanted his money back.

I have requested info from the complex on the standard of rooms and photos based on bad blog reviews from previous Bond students. Will keep you posted on the outcome.
