Uniting AgeWell has a diverse range of integrated aged care service options that offer continuity of care and peace of mind. We support you to experience a sense of wellbeing, choice and independence at every age and stage of your life. Uniting AgeWell independent retirement living residents may choose to access additional support with Uniting AgeWell Home Care services. Queenborough Rise Independent Living Units are co-located with Uniting AgeWell's residential care facility, Queenborough Rise Community.
