Ulton is a firm as dynamic and progressive as it is rich in tradition, heritage and history. The firm commenced operations in Bundaberg in 1926, founded by Mr Bill Schoch. With his son then joining the firm, it became 'Schoch & Schoch', followed by 'Schoch, Schoch & Hancock' after Mr Ron Hancock commenced as partner. Mr Hancock and others would then go on to establish one of Queensland's largest building societies (Wide Bay Australia) in 1966, with both firms growing together to establish a close working relationship. In September 2000 the name changed to Ulton, incorporating a bold and dynamic new logo, colours and corporate theme to reflect the evolution of the firm in to its role today as one of Queensland's largest chartered accounting, business advisory and financial planning firms. The brand Ulton is derived from the two words - 'Ultimate', meaning the highest or most significant, and 'On', meaning advancement with continued movement or action. Therefore, Ulton is a firm focussed on results for clients with a vision of working with them to create the highest or most significant solution combined with advancement through movement and action. In simple terms, this means Ulton exist to help you grow your business and personal wealth through personalised solutions. In 2011, Ulton refreshed the 10 year old brand to ensure it remained as progressive as the business. With strong brand recognition in the marketplace; Ulton recognised that certain key logo elements must remain. With the launch of the refreshed brand, came brand strength as well as a more contemporary, polished and streamline message. The incorporation of a new tag line 'your success. your life' has been included which concisely depicts our current message - which focuses on our clients, and the success that they are achieving in business and life. your success. your life - it matters at Ulton.
