Today i went to a very competent dentist for a concern of my teeth, and he asked if i have private health cover , HCF ok fine was the answer, after the job was complete (great job) i was then informed by front staff my hcf card(all up to date) couldnt be used? so was i able to pay it in cash? Well not all of us can guys! i did out of my grocery money.now i have to go through all proceedures to recoup my rebates. Not professional at all! My wife and i wont be back to get the other teeth done , sorry but just not ethical.
