Very over priced as you can buy the exact same product elsewhere for cheaper. They do not offer refunds even if it has been a few minutes after purchase so please shop around first as it’s not a very honest company. When asked about the difference in price I was told it was a small family business which is why the pricing is different from other businesses. Sad as I do prefer to shop local where I can but this really does make you want to shop elsewhere.

We will not be held liable for late, lost or damaged items once they have left our premises. If in the event something like this occurs you will need to follow up directly with Australia Post.
Please note postage costs are not refundable. Any items that are returned to sender will incur additional re-postage costs.
TURN AROUND TIMES.
In stock items will be dispatched within 24-48 hours of your order being placed
Pre-order items will be dispatched within the given timeframe normally 2-3 weeks. Please note that approximate timeframes are listed on each pre-order item - this is an approximation only. If you require an item urgently please contact us via email to discuss.
Orders that contain both in stock and pre-order items will be shipped together once the pre-order item/s have arrived.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES.
Customer satisfaction is very important at Tutu Irresistible Boutique. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us via email within 14 days of receiving your order and we will happily arrange an exchange or store credit.
All items are carefully checked before posting however if an item does arrive with a fault we will happily replace the faulty item.
