Not reliable, deceives customers, arrogantly rude, lazy, don’t inform the customers, don’t pick calls, don’t return calls, dishonest, don’t know what else I should say, oh yes full of bulls. If you hire them, you’ve properly chose to get ripped off or constantly dealing with no shows, no reply’s and there is more very very very rude, over charging people with the sh*test service and the cheapest material with the laziest employees. Try it for yourself if you doubt what I say, this place leaves scars and tears to people with decent heart.

Unfortunately unreliable, the "service manager' does not return calls and instead of saying "we can't help you" they make you wait for months until it becomes apparant that they cannot. All people ask for is to be informed. Far too often "not at desk" or 'gone home' is a respnse that we never swallowed. Custoimers hate chasing people up to - at least you can talk to them!!!! Made a mess of our pool. And expensive! Go somewhere else.
