Have used trent for the last 20 years in our own shops and previous employer shops, staff called while I was helping at another friend's shop of someone I've known for 35 years, the lady threatened to report him to credit watch was rude abrupt and aggressive with me on the phone, while when my mate tells me he called them I am advised that they already had his bank info it was for a bill 1week old and she just needed to confirm it was okay to do so. The lady on the phone lied apparently sent multiple emails and phone calls in the last 4 weeks, what a joke, I will not be using trent from now on and advise others to approach with caution.
