Trademarkings was created by Daniel McIntosh. Daniel worked as an intellectual property lawyer in traditional law firms for several years and quickly realised that much of the work of a law firm is administrative and paralegal work. He believed there could be a way that clients only paid for legal work and not paralegal or administrative work. And so 10 years ago he started his own firm which has since gone on to challenge the big established law firms, at only a fraction of the costs.
How is this done? Essentially by digitising and modernising every system and function of a trade mark attorney firm. We don’t have traditional offices, we don’t have nice couches, we don’t offer coffee. We do have one of Australia’s finest trade mark attorneys, we use the most sophisticated digital management system, we do always get back to you immediately, and we do still have a 91% success rate.
