Our staff’s extensive experience and flexible facilities allow Tollman to confidentially manufacture and formulate their customers own formulations or to meet particular specifications. We have 20 vessels ranging from 900 to 30, 000 litres, numerous storage tanks with the ability to hold up to 90, 000 litres and a diverse range of equipment to suit all your general handling, repacking and blending needs. Tollman’s laboratory facilities provide us with the ability to conduct extensive product testing including (but not limited to) Specific gravity, pH and viscosity. We follow strict quality control procedures to ensure our production and formulation plant meets all required specifications. Our experienced staff are able to develop custom made and specialist formulations should you require this exclusive service, as well as assist with solving any problems or issues encountered. Our warehouse facilities store both DG and Non DG items. Our staff includes highly experienced and qualified chemists, trained chemical manufacturing operators, forklift drivers, storemen and supervisors.
