Hi a delivery person dropped off 12 boxes today at Population Health Wallsend Health Campus Longworth Ave Wallsend for one of our project officers. The person delivering left all 12 boxes at a side door and was overheard saying to someone that they are not allowed to come into the building(Booth). This is not the case and FYI there is a phone and numbers on the wall which could have been used to call the main reception area to alert us of the delivery and be left in the Booth building. The boxes got left in front of a drink machine and a main walk way this is just not acceptable from any company that a driver/delivery person do this. I the receptions and thankfully for me a delivery guy from Fedex who was kind enough to help me bring them into the building which was not mine or his job to do. So the rating from me is zero star for the delivery person. Thanks and I hope this complaint is looked into.
