Terrible avoid at all costs if you ever want to see your parcel donot use any business liked to toll like yeam global , very very dodgy and you cant speak with any Australian

I called to enquire about a collection and spoke to a femal that was hard to understand that refused to help with collection or re delivery at an acceptable day or time. They then told me that it would take at least 48 hrs, 2 days after delivery day to be able to find the product that would be still left on the truck that then would only collect or deliver between 7 and 5 monday to Friday. When explained that the times and days would not work due to work was not given any other option. Explained that the parcel was to be dropped unsigned as stated when purching. Was told that they would not do that then when requested a different delivery address was told that also was not an option. Requesting a Saturday collection for the majority of the working public is not an unfair request.
