Timezone Chatswood - Arcade Games, Kids Birthday Party Venue

Very disappointing. If I could give minus stars I would. - offered a burnt pizza - they offered to cut the burn bit off as was the last base. I had to ask for a refund after looking at her dumbfounded at the suggestion. - chips came out after the pizza was pretty much eaten. I had to keep asking - The gamecards didn't work properly I was asked to collect the cards for them to fix as it has been an on going issue. This was said two times as a parent commented some of the games didn't work such was part of the ones that were allocated in the pack. The Red and yellow games. That meant distrupting the children's game time to sort something that shouldn't be an issue to begin with. The 2x claw games were meant to be part of the pack and what was initially meant to be fixed after I collected the gamecards the first time around. The children were upset at having to have to stop playing. -The manager was unhelpful and seemed to not care for customers. I complained to him about the above. He was focusing on how they refunded for the pizza. I had acknowledged they did that a few times but I had to suggest the refund as I was not paying for a burnt half cut pizza as they suggest to cut the burnt bit off. That wasn't even said by the staff to rectify being offered inedible food. - after telling the manager how disappointing it was withnot much said from him, I arrived back at the table and was talking to some of the parents only to be asked to leave for the next party but the children didn't even get their paid meal yet which was part of the party pack. When I told her the children hadn't eaten she just looked at the table. I had to repeat that the children hadn't been given the meals yet. She then returned to say we could stay. Of course. WE PAID FOR THE FOOD. - no dedicated party host as indicated in the pack. Staff seemed lost and unsure. Always having to report to someone. -we got served 10 meals and I had to say we paid for 11 but the girl repeated we paid for 10. I had to be firm and say no 11 children she then finally bought the 11th meal over. The meals were bought out 5 first.. then drinks and then 5 meals. The children had to wait for their food in between. In the end we paid for a party that was underwhelming. Disappointing as a customer who paid full price on a service and product that was highly lacking. Not to mention embarrassing that we were asked to leave and I had to say infront of our guest that the meals hadn't even been served yet. This is a service they are providing and it was obvious they were clueless. Shouldn't offer a service if it cannot be fulfilled to a certain expectation.
