Our History The company was started as a small family business in 1964 in Melbourne. The company grew steadily since then and was acquired by David Grey in 2006. The company was then moved to Boronia where it prospered under David’s dynamic leadership. Within 2 years, David acquired JBS Textile, another manufacturing company in Melbourne, and merged the two businesses together in order to move the company to Brunswick East. Due to this move, we acquired the facilities we needed to manufacture bias binding. The company was moved to its current location of Ringwood in 2012, where it now produces 8 million metres of bias bindings for the Australian bedding industry.
