Company description

Thrive Claims specialises in helping Australians understand and pursue Total and Permanent Disability (TPD), Income Protection and Superannuation insurance claims on a No Win No Fee basis. Operating Australia-wide, we assist people who are unable to continue working because of illness, injury or disability to investigate the insurance cover that may be available through their superannuation and other applicable policies.

Our approach is focused on detailed claims management and investigation. We help clients understand their insurance position, identify relevant policies, gather and organise supporting information, and manage the claims process from the initial assessment through to its progression with the relevant insurer or superannuation fund. Where a person has changed employers or accumulated more than one superannuation account, there may also be insurance held across multiple super funds that should be investigated.

Thrive Claims assists with a broad range of claim circumstances. Our services include TPD claims, superannuation claims, Income Protection claims, claims involving multiple superannuation funds, and claims arising alongside physical injury or illness. We also assist people whose circumstances involve mental health conditions, Disability Support Pension (DSP) recipients, NDIS participants and people whose disability or injury followed a motor vehicle accident. Depending on the circumstances, more than one type of insurance or compensation pathway may need to be considered.

We work with Australians experiencing a wide range of medical conditions and disabilities, including conditions affecting the brain and neurological system, mental health conditions, chronic pain and fatigue, back, neck and spinal conditions, joint and mobility conditions, cancer and heart conditions, and sensory impairments such as significant hearing or vision loss. These conditions can affect a person's ability to perform their usual occupation, maintain reliable employment or continue working in another suitable occupation, depending on the particular policy and circumstances.

Importantly, a TPD claim is not necessarily limited to an injury that occurred at work. A person may become unable to work because of a medical condition that developed gradually, an illness, an accident, a mental health condition, a serious diagnosis or a combination of physical and psychological factors. Eligibility depends on the wording of the relevant insurance policy, the available medical and occupational evidence and the individual's circumstances.

Thrive Claims can also help investigate situations where a person has received or is receiving the Disability Support Pension, has NDIS involvement, or has suffered an injury in a motor vehicle accident. Receiving another form of support does not automatically establish eligibility for a TPD claim, but it may be an important part of understanding the person's overall circumstances and identifying insurance that should be investigated.

Our goal is to make the claims process easier to understand while ensuring potentially relevant insurance is not overlooked. If you are unable to work because of illness, injury or disability, or you are unsure whether you have TPD or other insurance through your superannuation, Thrive Claims can help you understand what options may be available.

Thrive Claims operates throughout Australia and assists clients with claims relating to a wide range of medical conditions, occupations and personal circumstances.

Thrive Claims provides genuine No-WIn-No-Fee TPD, Income Protection & Superannuation Claims. There is never any upfront payment or surprises.
