He uses a blend of Psychotherapy, Clinical Hypnotherapy and Counselling techniques in addition to Brainspotting (BSP), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Ego State Therapy, Havening, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Time Line Therapy (TLT), Resource Therapy (RT) and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) in his practice.
