Customer Service is Disgusting >
Firstly I Bought an Item from There for Mothers Day , Took it back 17.05.24 (TODAY) Because The Clock wasn't Keeping Time even after a New Battery in it .. Was Told No Refunds and No Mention Of even an Exchange > Person (He) behind the Counter , Told me that is my Problem and My Mothers Problem (NO WHERE DOES IT STATE IN THE SHOP NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES) I wasn't Given a Receipt at Time of Purchase and the Day of Purchase he was just as Rude
