The Ortho Practice began in 2001 when Dr Theo Baisi acquired an orthodontic practice from two highly respected orthodontists. At The Ortho Practice we believe that putting the patient first is the best way to provide excellent orthodontic care. In fact, our mission statement focuses on the goal of providing patients and their families knowledgeable, honest advice and treatment. The purpose of this goal is to provide you with a healthy, attractive smile and a correctly aligned bite. We are a highly trained group of professional orthodontists and oral health therapists who enjoy treating our patients. We each work hard to provide excellent care, in an enthusiastic and caring environment. Each of our three orthodontists has completed an additional 3 years of specialist training after their training in dentistry. Dr Theo Baisi and Dr Serina Ma also lecture on orthodontic topics to students and dental professionals. Our highest goal is to provide you with excellent orthodontic care to create a healthy and attractive smile. Our three orthodontists-Dr Baisi, Dr Jankulprasut and Dr Ma-our oral health therapists, and our staff all enjoy seeing the results of their expertise and experience. Once your concerns have been discussed and appropriate information gathered, you will receive a personalised and detailed diagnosis, a fee schedule with payment options, followed by a treatment plan. The Ortho Practice warmly welcomes parents to attend any and all appointments, alongside young patients, to completely understand the process, the likely results and any procedures to be followed. Questions are always welcomed, suggestions are taken on board and smiles are invited. A full and detailed report is provided to your dentist after your initial consultation, with updates throughout treatment as necessary. This is to ensure your dentist is kept up to date and can pre-empt any work necessary for your optimal dental health.
