We deliver Sydney’s ultimate dance fitness class with a nightclub vibe, where you come to party, sweat, and feel good. Expect high-energy workouts set to 90s hip hop, Y2K club energy, R&B throwbacks, reggaeton, dancehall and afrobeats. Our group fitness and dance classes combine cardio, boxing, aerobics, strength and easy-to-follow dance routines for all fitness levels. Beginners are always welcome, even if you have two left feet.
