Description

I’m skilled in a number of modalities which you can learn more about on this site. I also work with people on a personal level to offer tailored and holistic plans for achieving physical, mental and spiritual health goals.

Company description

It’s my honour to offer a number of healing modalities to inspire others to reconnect, not only with other humans, but with themselves, the earth we share and all beings that breathe together.

I’d love to hear from you if you would like to learn more about these modalities, or if you would like to book a consultation or session.
