Joining the pit 5 months ago has been a blessing! words can not express the positive influence it has had on my life...I've lost 30 kilos in this time from the work I've put in & the amazing advice and guidance of the coaches...the professionalism these guys bring to every session is clearcut above the rest!!! You won't be disappointed, I've tried other fitness programs but nothing compares to the GORILLA PIT..💪🦍 God bless, give it a go you won't be disappointed!!!
