I'm writing on behalf of my mother, in her 90s, who just bought a Roland Sofa bed from Furniture Trader - Dandenong - and the whole experience, from the online ordering to the delivery from the two fantastic guys (can't thank them enough) who delivered it & helped with setting it up for her. has been nothing short of fantastic... fast and professsional .. great service guys... very impressed would definitely recommend Furniture Trader..

Extremely disappointed with the treatment I received from this retailer, I purchased two items from them a month ago, one being a " Shane " corner suite, the price was $1599, I was OK with this until a few weeks later when I saw the EXACT same item at Furniture Galore for $999, I contacted The Furniture Trader and asked them how could the other store be so much cheaper, their explanation was that the item I had bought was better quality, which has since turned out to be a pack of lies!!!! Most ethical and reasonable retailers like H***** N****, M***, S******** A***, B*******, etc would offer compensation but not these i*****, price gouging is their mantra, I personally will never shop there again and I would like to warn others to look around and compare before buying anything from these people, I rate these con artists equally with used car sales people and real estate agents!!! I fully realise that people have to turn a profit to stay in business but these people are taking that to the extreme ! Furniture Galore can sell the exact same product for $600 less plus throw in an ottoman and still make a tidy profit !!! Very unhappy with these people, thieves and liars !!! Buyers beware !!!
