The Fix Program is Pilates and Physiotherapy including Women's Health Physiotherapy. All Pilates classes are taught by experienced physiotherapists. We treat a wide range of injuries including sports injuries, women's health issues, pregnancy pilates, post natal and pre natal and workplace injuries from back pain to over use injuries.
You're in safe hands at The Fix Program Since 1999 we have taught thousands of people how to strengthen their back and abdominals through a mix of Pilates, Yoga and core stability exercises. All taught by physiotherapists.
