​I’m Jemima, a registered counsellor in Caringbah, Sutherland Shire.

I support women who are carrying a lot - often holding everything together on the outside, while inside feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stretched thin, or quietly exhausted. You might be navigating anxiety, burnout, grief, parenting pressures, perfectionism, relationship strain… or simply a season of life that feels heavier than you expected. If you’re used to being the capable or dependable one, counselling can be a place where you don’t have to keep yourself held together.

My experience spans community counselling, bereavement care, hospitals, and crisis support.

Whether we sit together in my private counselling room in Caringbah, walk side-by-side in nature in Walk & Talk Therapy, or connect online from anywhere in Australia, this is a space where you can put some of the pressures of life down. My clients tend to lead very busy lives so I offer flexible options such as weekday, evening and weekend appointments.

Counselling is a unique and special relationship. Most people know fairly quickly whether something feels right, so I encourage you to take advantage of my free initial chat - a relaxed phone call where we can talk things through and see whether working together feels like a good fit.
