I don’t recommend sweat clubhouse: I’d Leave no stars if possible. Where do I begin. EDIT DUE TO OWNERS UNTRUE RESPONSE: we didn’t get a full refund or we would take this down. We also have injuries from being hit by a car on a pedestrian crossing, and one from rugby. LOL so please do not be so unkind as to say that’s our problem. You had an ACL injury when we came, what does that say? ——————————— Studio claims to be “safe” and “well organised” 1. Heavy lifting conducted in a studio which had too many people who hadn’t been instructed to keep well clear of the bar - therefore when lifting the bar participants were accidentally knocking the loaded bar as you deadlifted or squat. Very dangerous. Could paralyse you. 2. No warm up on one of the classes, the other had a run as the warm up (note that’s not a warm up for weights so that’s quite a dangerous practice). 3. “Well thought out” 😂 the program was being typed on the screen as we worked out. The guy legit just had some equipment around and seems to have made it up. 4. Instructor doesn’t understand basic strength training principles so I’m worried about his competence. 5. Asked to not participate in the 6 week challenge since it was an unpleasant trial which didn’t meet our needs with injuries. We’d already been billed for the 6 weeks but it hasn’t started. Supplied a docs note as per the terms and conditions. The owner decided in his own words that he can change the terms and conditions when he feels like it so he decided not to refund despite us nicely asking for a refund for the unstarted challenge. Instead proceeded to mock me in a misogynistic manner, one being about about my business. Ladies especially. Stay away.
