Reviews summary

AI-powered summary from recent reviews sourced from Cylex, Yably and other trusted platforms.

The Cheesecake Shop in Heidelberg is known for its delicious cakes and friendly staff, with several customers praising the quality and variety of desserts offered. Some specifically mention the rainbow cake, black forest cake, and the helpfulness of the staff. However, there are also reports of rude customer service from one staff member, which has resulted in negative experiences for some. It appears that dietary accommodations may not be well-handled. Overall, the rating seems to be positive with customers appreciating the taste and experience.
