What a total disaster in ordering a cake. Three visits and two phone calls. An icompetent 15 year old not knowing how to take an order or what size the cakes are. Fianally told sorry but we can not put a white chocolate ganache on a chocolate mud cake as it is " too hard" but asked to do it myself and I should be able to Google it. I did place my order over 5 days in advance and then even with 3-4 days to go I was told they could not put the white chocolate ganache on a chocolate mudcake. Baked on premises.. and sorry we can't do that..I was told that I can quote them and I did tell them I would blog about this incident and they said "you do that". I did not have time to go elsewhere and ended up having to make the white ganache myself. Worst case of incompetence possible from arrogant and incompetent staff.
