The CALMM Rose Bay

The Calmm Team are registered massage therapists with a focus on healing through touch. They are passionate about giving a holistic massage, working on both physical and emotional stress in the body. Our treatments help to melt away the physical manifestations of stress which can cause us to subconsciously contract muscle groups, restricting the blood flow and reducing mobility within the body. We treat by means of both massage therapy and acupressure to promote healing, relaxation and to assist in our clients finding equilibrium within their body's. Our bespoke oil blends carry you through a sensory experience to further support relaxation, internals shifts and assist with deep muscle tension
