The Cake Merchant, Bonnyrigg, NSW

Hi there, I ordered the Vanilla Cake to be delivered on Christmas Eve from the Bonnyrigg store, and boy I was shocked when it arrived. There is no description of the cake in the menu, and I guess I was expecting the usual quality that I've received with other Cake Merchant orders and thought is would be a simple sponge cake. I opened the box, and the cake was a horrible blue in colour. It doesn't say that in the menu. What's worse, it was for a lady's birthday, so it was a little embarrassing that the cake looked like cakes you get at children's parties at fast food restaurants. The icing was horrible, and it was the same icing inside the cake. We cut one slice out of it, and I'm ashamed to say that I threw the rest of it out - something I don't like doing. Really disappointed.
