We did a photoshoot of my child and after that I was hospitalised so i couldnt go to the appointment to see the photos, every few weeks or so id try arrange an appointment but kept getting excuses or that he wasn’t in Brisbane. 10 months later i am still struggling for Tero to cooperate with me so that i can set up a payment plan for the photos I haven’t even seen yet. I got no refund for my booking fee of $49 and now Tero told Tanya that he doesnt want to “deal with me” how’s that fair treating your customers like this????
