Techton Building Services was created in 2008 when staff from two local Ballina businesses (Nowlan Bryant Building Surveyors and Childcare Systems Australia) joined forces. From 2003 to 2008 CSA’s focus was on the acquisition of child care centre sites and the development of child care centres on these sites for ABC Learning. CSA were responsible for the project management of all aspects of the development of each childcare centre. This included: The acquisition of suitable childcare centre development sites Co-ordinating all necessary approvals for developments (e. Council, Rural Fire Service, RTA, all service providers etc) Construction and contract management services.
