I moved my goods in two hi-cube containers from Melbourne to Perth, being this my seventh relocation. My experience with Tea Tree Gully was well under my expectations for the following reasons: - Lack of communication of what is included in their services. - Lack of planning of the job; they didn’t made a survey or at least an inspection to the house, even thou this was quite a big one. - Communication didn’t flow from their part; I have to keep calling and pushing them in order to get information I require (delivery, transit times, even payment!) - Their resources were allocated to other customers leaving not enough time to pick-up and deliver, causing a rush on the move, last minute bad decisions, and calls for our help to move things in and out the containers. - At the end of the job they charged me extra, due to overtime of their contractors. On the positive side they were delayed just three days on delivery and the people doing the job was quite friendly.
