Hi all I am a regular of eating at your establishment love the food, prices and service 100% it always looks clean. My only criticism is that your Gravy needs to be a lot hotter than it is. I enjoy your Roast meals, so even if the meat isn’t hot adding the hot gravy on the top will make up for that and make it just that bit more enjoyable. Just my option and perhaps it’s something you can take on board. . It’s like ordering Hot chips who doesn’t love a bag of Hot chips only to find out they are only warm when you get them it is disappointing .
Working in Hospitality is hard work and you cannot please everyone, but taking on board criticism and finding a way to improve on it makes a great business successful.
