Highly recommended! From the word "Go" dealing with Tasmanian Heat Pump Centre was as smooth as butter. Steven made the choosing of suitable model of Mitsubishi Air Con easy as he explained and compared different types and power strengths. Steven gave me a good deal on my chosen air con, better than I got from other places. Taking care of the formalities and appointments was made pleasant by the nice Office Staff and when the qualified tradie came (on time) to install my air con I was surprised to see That the model delivered was more advanced at no extra cost to me. Now THAT NEVER HAPPENS - RIGHT? Believe it or not that is not all: After a few weeks I've found two guys from THPC installing a hose to the outside unit for the purpose of guiding water from the unit to garden area bypassing concrete area outside my building. And guess what? I didn't even asked for it to be done. Steven did an inspection and decided it was needed. Seriously, thank you so much to Steven and the team. One very happy customer Grace Stachurski
