BILL RUDDLE (JNR) Bill Ruddle joined Taplin Security Products as a Fitter and Turner by trade in November 2000. Over the years Bill has learnt about all facets of the family owned business and has contributed to product development and marketing of the business. In 2013 Bill took half ownership of the family business, continuing and improving the products and service that Taplin Security has done under the previous direction of Bill and Pam Ruddle for over 24 years. BILL RUDDLE (SNR) Bill and Pam Ruddle purchased Taplin Security Products in May 1990. Back then the business was small and located at Fortitude Valley, offering custom made steel bar security doors, gates and window grilles. With growth, the business was re-located to Bowen Hills in 1997. After the introduction of Supa-Screen, which was the first copy of Crimsafe, Taplins rapidly outgrew Bowen Hills. We moved to our current premises in Northgate/ Virginia in August 2000. The business has continued to prosper.
