The worst shop. I bought a chlorinator a couple of weeks ago.have charged me $850.the chlorinator has a wiring missing. I went back the following day to try to replace it or refund. Andrew has told my husband that they do not refund and can not replace but offer another model but my husband did not want to replace it with the other model as it is a Hassal to instal. My husband has asked for a refund but Andrew refuse and asked my husband to leave the shop or he will call the police. My husband did not have enough time to argue with Andrew as he have to go home and get ready for work. Andrew promise to ring my husband when he talk to the owner/boss about the refund he did not even bother to ring back. I rang the shop about 4 times and Damian has answered and when he heard my voice he hanged up. I reported what happened to the customer service manager of all swimmart shops. Andrew than rang me back and told me that he cannot replace but in the meantime I have searched the net and found that all other pool shops sell the same chlorinator for $599. Swimmart refuse to give me a refund or even refund the balance of the 250 dollars. Andrew have send someone to pick a replacement from the shop in blacktown and again promise to talk to the owner but when I went to pick up the replacement, he told me that the owner refuse to refund the balance. very bad customer service and the prices are ripe off. Don't ever go to them . Go to the other pool shops in Penrith or Blactown at least they know how to deal with customers. read the review on Facebook and you will find out that Andrew was rude to another customer and she stop going to them. don't deal with them,I hope they will close their shop . I have reported them to the consumer affairs for ripping us off. I have asked my friends not to deal with them.
