Sushi Hotaru was established since 2011 in the heart of CBD. Being one of the most iconic and well-recognised sushi train brand in Sydney, the team strives to offer a clean and friendly environment for all patrons whom enjoy a fresh piece of salmon (…with a whole lot more).
Maintaining it’s vision and identity as a friendly dining destination, the new brand and interior aims to strip back the clutter and transformed its original street scenery into a warm, modern and inviting venue. In keeping with it’s neutral tones, the ‘new’ Sushi Hotaru will revisit the idea of a casual Japanese street eatery, introducing new textures and feature lighting to bring emphasis to the company identity and Japanese culture.
