The owner is a nice guy however we purchased a caravan from him and after having it only just two months and taking it away for one 2-night holiday, we have found significant water damage and mould inside while it was sitting in our driveway. Having taken it to a caravan repair centre all of the evidence of past water damage and all of the areas it would be leaking were pointed out. It even had clear marks on the roof (and left over residue) from black tape that had been put on to no doubt address the leaking. The seller is claiming he had no idea and whether he did or didn’t he sold us a bogus van full of issues and he should have checked better! We would never recommend this business. Be careful what you buy and make sure you check for existing water damage and run a hose over the roof to check for leaks
