Description

Yoga has become a trend today that is understood by few. If you think yoga is only about flexibility, health and rejuvenation, yet a major idea of yoga is making you realize your inner potential. The yoga, relaxation and meditation classes focus on releasing tightness and tension and building strength and flexibility. Sunshine Yoga & Health emphasises the breath in all yoga practices to build not only physical energy and strength but inner strength. It is all about balancing mind, body, emotions and spirit. Sunshine Yoga & Health will bring gentleness into your practice - our motto "experience the power of gentleness with Sunshine Yoga". A beautiful flowing style of yoga based on over 50 years of Lyn's own personal practice.
