A volunteer came at my 3 year old son trying to take an item that we were buying out of his hands, when he turned to stop her she tried again telling him to give it to her, I then told her to back away from my son, not to touch him again and that we were buy it. Instead of apologising and walking away she had an attitude and started arguing with me, refused to give me a name to make a formal complaint. I told her I wasn’t going to get anything now, left everything that I had because of her attitude and she said ‘good I don’t need your service’ over a .50 cent item!
