PATHETIC. Rude, incompetent, apathetic and lazy. Justine has NO CLUE what she's doing. Constantly requesting information at the last minute, when all could have been requested nearly 2 months ago. Settlement likely to be delayed because of her terrible performance. Asked her several times: do we need to provide anything else for settlement? Answer was always no. Yet she kept coming back asking for something else she forgot. Made mistakes on forms for the State Revenue Office causing delays. DO NOT USE THEM!!!! Licence should be revoked, and I've filed official complaints with the AIC.
