Description
One-on-one tutoring for pre-prep - adult learners. Sunbird is NOT computer based and all of our tutors are qualified teachers. Sunbird Education also incorporates Sunbird Irlen Clinic and offers Irlen screenings and diagnostic appointments with Mackay's only Irlen Diagnostician.
Company description
Sunbird offers Mackay one-on-one tutoring with qualified teachers. We are not computer based and actually teach what each client requires, filling in gaps in learning that have hindered progress or good strategies. The owner/operators of Sunbird have both completed post-graduate studies and have earned their Graduate Certificate in Education and Master of Education both specialising in learning difficulties.
Sunbird Irlen Clinic offers initial screenings and diagnostic appointments for Irlen Syndrome. Coloured glasses prescribed to each individual's needs treat visual stress caused by sensitivity to light and print distortions.
