We—David and Anita Torrisi, the owners and directors—are industry leaders who have been actively involved in the retirement village industry for 25 years. We have successfully developed Sugarland Gardens Retirement Village in Bundaberg followed by Fraser Shores Retirement Village in Hervey Bay. With the valuable experience gained from these first two notable achievements, we are now in the process of developing Fraser Shores Retirement Village 2, a continuation of nearby Fraser Shores Retirement Village.
