SUBWAY Pakenham

My lunch at subway pakenham was TERRIBLE... first off when i went to collect a straw for my coke there was none there which to be honest didnt bother me but when i noticed there was three workers on that day and myself who is a customer had to refill the straws is quiet embarrassing for the subway franchise might i add, the bin for the straw packets was overflowing,there was food and food wrapping on the floor and other tables,i did not recieve a napkin had to ask for one like the straws, when the manager was walking in and out of the store she was conversating im guessing with a friend about a party later on this evening also when i approached the manager about a couple of enquiries she was very abrupt and rude and lacked professional customer service skilss and the worker that finally decided to clean the tables surrounding us was extremely unprofessional as she was quite aggressively moving ans slamming down chairs which made my partner very uncomfortable. Overall this experience at pakenham subway is one i will be passing on to many of my friends and family to not take there business to that subway. absolute pathetic customer service and management.
