Stuart Hayes provides business coaching, leadership training, executive coaching and business mentoring in Melbourne, Australia. Stuart has a unique background for a business coach. A qualified CPA, before he went into coaching he had a 12 year career working as a 'Change CEO' for big accounting firms. During this time his job was to go into ailing companies, get to the bottom of their underperformance and then quickly and efficiently turn them around or close them down. His real world business experience is rare among business coaches, and his coaching methods are informed by the strategies and concepts he used successfully as a Change CEO.
