Stroud Homes Geelong is a family-owned home builder based in Belmont, building custom homes, knockdown rebuilds, acreage homes, sloping block designs, and renovations and extensions across Geelong, the Bellarine Peninsula, the Surf Coast and the Golden Plains, including Armstrong Creek, Torquay, Ocean Grove, Drysdale, Lara and Bannockburn.
Owners Shane Sheedy and Alex Hutchison run a builder-direct model, so you deal directly with the builders and receive a Friday update call on every build. Shane has 40 years of experience in building and construction. Alex started as an apprentice carpenter building coastal luxury homes and has 13 years in the industry.
