Straight Smile Centre - Norwood

My experience has been horrible with the Straight Smile Centre/Duncan Orthadontics at Norwood. I've been going there for over a year now for my invisalign treatment and everytime I go in they have somehow screwed up with my aligners or something else has gone wrong and I always end up leaving in tears. Considering I paid the extra money for invisalign over braces because I was so self concious and now I'm in this situation I'm not happy about it. I've even been called moody by Dr D***** himself and a couple of other people that work there because I was crying and expressing what had gone wrong. Several people I know have asked me about invisalign and if it's worth getting, I've told everyone to just get braces, or not go with Dr D*****.
