This guy is a total s**** he ripped me off $250 whilst he was supposed to be doing warranty works he said it wasnt a warranty issue and that it needed gassing therefore not covered appliance didnt work after gassing! came back needed a new part so he said didnt work AGAIN! this was under warranty ! In then in the end we needed a whole new unit under warranty note this guy is also a subcontractor for T. he has my $250 and now i am reporting him to the plumbers board BE AWARE DO NOT USE THIS GUY!!!!
